Open P4P (Peer 4 Peer)

Peer 4 Peer (P4P) is an open standard, developed to reduce the impact of Peer 2 Peer (P2P) services on ISPs, while increasing client download speed. This is done by reducing the average transit distance of a download, by making the P2P more intelligent.
